Cancellation & Modification

Order Cancellation

  • Within 12 hours: Orders may be cancelled with a full refund to the original payment method.
  • After 12 hours: We will do our best, but cancellation may not be possible once processing begins.
  • After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return once delivered (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

Order Modification

  • Address changes: Must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Item or quantity changes: Possible only before processing. Otherwise, place a new order and return the original (if eligible).
  • Gift notes or wrapping: Can be added if the order has not yet been packed.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or provider, usually 3–10 business days.

Tip: Include your Order ID and purchase email when contacting us for faster support.
