• Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• Confirmation is sent at purchase; tracking is emailed once dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost or Damaged Parcels

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, check with neighbors/building staff and contact the carrier.
